Recently, the commercial energy storage system(ESS) independently developed and designed by Lenercom Technology has been successfully delivered and has been successfully connected to the grid for power generation.

This customer is a well-known water treatment equipment manufacturer in China. With the increase of production tasks, when its office and production electricity is at full capacity, there are often insufficient mains capacity and trips, which affects the company's normal office and production.

In order to solve the problem of normal electricity consumption, after field visits and research, the expert team of Lenercom Technology formulated a set of solar energy power generation + smart micro-grid energy storage system solutions for the customer.

The solution consists of a 60kWh commercial energy storage system(ESS) of Lenercom Technology and a 20kWp rooftop solar system. The solar energy power station is installed on the roof to receive solar energy and convert it into electrical energy after processing. Most of the electricity generated during the day is directly used for workshop production and office electricity, and the other part is stored by an integrated optical storage machine, and then returned to the production workshop for use at the peak of electricity consumption. The peak and valley characteristics of solar energy and the power grid are scientifically utilized. It is estimated that the annual average power generation capacity can be 18,000kWh.

The commercial energy storage system(ESS) used in this solution is a new product recently launched by Lenercom Technology. The product adopts an integrated modular design, which can save customers space compared with a containerized energy storage system; The battery module can be flexibly and quickly configured according to customer needs; the device is also equipped with a BMS battery management system, which greatly improves the battery's charging and discharging efficiency and safe use. Different from household energy storage equipment, this product can cover a power range of 30-100kW and an electricity volume of 30-250kWh. It is suitable for large-scale use scenarios such as parks, office buildings, schools, hospitals, etc., and at the same time reduces quota capacity for users , Realize monthly capacity savings for users.

The feature of solar energy storage system "self-generation and self-use" greatly eases the use of electrical power by enterprises, saves production costs, and generates green value.
